I was assured before I left that no rain was forecast for early in the day as we left to meet the rest of David’s cricket team in front of the White Elephant in Tervuren, after 5 minutes it was spitting, then stopped, then started pouring, the sun came out and this merry go-round continued the entire day, nevertheless, and I think for the first time this season, BCF managed to win a game in the Dutch League, hooray, and I must add against the might Indians from Antwerp: intrepid diamond dealers’ sons!!  David took four wickets, made 26 runs and the Indians were bowled out for 122 with BCF

comfortably (between bouts of rain) winning only 3 wickets down and 3 overs to spare!  There’s nothing like winning is there!
